Exchange Policy

Each Moredocks garment is handmade with care. Due to the time and craftsmanship involved, we do not offer refunds except for defective items. We accept exchanges for size or fit within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds 

Refunds are only issued if the item arrives defective or damaged.

Exchanges

You may exchange an item for a different size or fit if:
  • The item is unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached (if applicable)
  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The new size is available
We cannot accept exchanges for:
  • Final sale items
  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-exchangeable at purchase

How to Request an Exchange or Report an Issue

For size/fit exchanges

Email us with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping on size exchanges. We cover return shipping only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
